Junior Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities
  • Hiring systems, overviews, records and reporting
  • Job descriptions and other more intricate regional forms of employer branding
  • Recruitment process design and administration
  • Candidate experience management
  • Agency/supplier relationships and in-house headhunting
  • Ongoing education and training of hiring managers and support staff
About you
  • To be considered for this role, you will need to speak at least one of German, Danish, Swedish and/or Norwegian.
  • You will need a global perspective: an intuitive understanding of (and interest in) questions of group culture(s) and individual identity dynamics, and the interconnection of systems and structures
  • You will also need to have a very strong motivation and work ethic, either to continue your career journey in this field or to learn from scratch.
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the German market, would be ideal, but is not strictly required.
  • While we are open to remote work as part of the new world order, ideally you are located in one of our main office locations in Copenhagen, London or Germany.
