Sales and Distribution Manager

As a Sales and Distribution Manager – B2C Vehicles (m/f/d) you have a compelling sales personality,  in which you are driven by the “hunt” for new customers and consistently close new deals. We are seeking for someone who can draw on previous experience within the mobility industry and has a good understanding of the micro-mobility market, especially vehicles for consumer markets. You report directly to the Business Owner Vehicles – B2C. 

  • Expand the German distribution network for electric light vehicles as an exclusive distributor
  • Lead the entire sales process and pipeline from prospecting to closing, including lead generation, sales development and qualification
  • Coordinate vehicle purchasing orders and distribution to signed customers with our after sales team 
  • Establish monthly and quarterly sales targets, and develop strategies and tactics to meet targets on time 
  • Monitor, develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers and determine the focus of sales preference efforts
  • Analyze sales data and demand to determine potential inventory requirements for each season/quarter
  • Determine pricing schedules and discount rates in relation to revenue and profitability targets
  • Regular visits to signed dealers to understand their distribution potential and stimulate interest in expanding product offerings in relation to Wunder Vehicles
About you
  • Experience in managing a distribution channel and successfully achieving goals in the vehicle retail or mobility industry
  • 5+ years of experience in a business development, sales or sales distributor role with a track record in the German market
  • Self-starter that enjoys getting things done and proven experience in implementing complex projects independently and meeting deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to take on and tackle new (unfamiliar) challenges with speed 
  • Team player and ability to work well with external partners and customers
  • Fluency in English and German, additional language capabilities are a plus
