Create innovative and compelling design assets for core communications including product launches, demand generation campaigns, branding campaigns, and optimize existing content
Balance design work with company branding and business objectives
Provide creative direction, shape brand standards, and create procedures to ensure a cohesive brand across all products and markets
Work closely with performance marketing, product marketing managers, sales, and business development to identify, prioritize and deliver key content for ongoing projects
Be the main point of contact on the Creative Team regarding timelines, capacity, and delivery of key creative projects
4+ years of broad experience in creative processes, marketing, graphic design and brand development, preferably within a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe After Effects
Proven ability to manage various stakeholders and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
Previous experience in creating, evolving and evangelizing brand style systems and usage guidelines
Thorough understanding of fundamental disciplines and principles such as typography, color, hierarchy and layout Possess and demonstrate a strong, clean visual design sense
Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
Strong work ethic with a positive can-do attitude, and a willingness to face new challenges, tight timelines, or curve balls
Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal
